We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping & Inventory Coordinator to support the daily operations of our shipping and fulfillment activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order processing, and timely shipment of goods. The ideal candidate has experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Verify shipment accuracy by reviewing reports and matching documentation. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including missing, damaged, or miscounted goods. Reconcile physical inventory with system records and assist with inventory audits. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory transfers and adjustments. Arrange dock appointments with carriers and coordinate shipping schedules. Maintain accurate shipping transaction records and ensure proper document filing. Support process improvements related to receiving, inventory reconciliation, and fulfillment. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, food safety standards, and company procedures. Assist the Pre-Weigh Lead with production batch ticket printing and preparation. Serve as a backup to the Warehouse Receiving Coordinator. Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience:

3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, inventory management, or warehouse operations. Experience with inventory reconciliation, stock audits, and discrepancy resolution. Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping software and experience coordinating with carriers and managing shipping documentation. Knowledge of barcoding or RFID systems preferred. Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and shipping regulations. Skills & Abilities:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse setting. T.A.S.T.E. Core Values

Work Environment

Standard hours: 7:30 a.m. -- 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed. Work is performed primarily in a warehouse or office setting. Must be able to sit for extended periods (approximately 90% of the time). Frequent use of hands and fingers for data entry and computer operation.
