Interpret Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers. Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawl spaces and everything in between, solving problems and building trusted relationships to protect homes and families. Listen to customers’ needs, clearly explain practical solutions, and win over customers with confidence and care. Prioritize safety in all responsibilities. Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers. Serve as an empathetic problem solver for customers by utilizing in‑depth training provided to recommend the best innovative overall pest solution for each customer’s needs. Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads—our robust advertising budget provides leads. Schedule sales appointments and meet potential customers in their homes to explain how Orkin’s products and services can give them peace of mind. Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home—training provided. Make recommendations to customers based on inspection and identified issues, addressing questions, explaining the process and setting expectations. Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized—training provided. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required. No experience required. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid). Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients. Benefits
