You’ll be responsible for understanding Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers. By performing 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between, you’ll solve problems and build trusted relationships to protect homes and families. You’ll listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care. You will… Prioritize

problem solver by utilizing training to recommend the best

innovative

pest solution for each customer’s needs. Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads—we provide a robust advertising budget to supply leads. Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes, explaining how Orkin’s products and services can provide peace of mind. Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and address questions, explain the process, and set expectations. Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized—we will train you on this as well. We Offer

Qualifications

What do you need to be successful? High School Diploma or equivalent required No Experience Required Valid driver’s license required Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid) Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients Work Environment

What will my work environment be like?
