The opportunities are endless.**JOB SUMMARY:** As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing key accounts, developing lasting partnerships, and driving new business opportunities. With a steady flow of leads and a stellar reputation, Borst provides you with the platform to grow professionally while contributing to our clients’ outdoor aspirations. If you're a motivated self-starter who excels in account management, we want to connect with you!**Key Responsibilities:*** Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact.* Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability and achieve business goals.* Identify potential clients within target markets, conducting research to understand their business needs and pain points.* Collaborate with the sales team to approach and engage prospective clients effectively.**Qualifications:*** Proven experience in sales and account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.* Demonstrated ability to negotiate and understand complex sales processes.* Familiarity with technology or technical sales is a plus.* Proficient in warm calling techniques to generate new leads and business opportunities.* Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams.* Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and customer needs to drive business growth.**The Perks*** 401(k) plan with company match* Medical insurance* Dental insurance* Vision insurance* FSA/HSA* PerkSpot* Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance* Paid time Off* Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)**Pay Transparency**Mariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
