Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for production, skilled trades, and administrative staff. Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and manufacturing safety standards (e.g., OSHA). Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Coordinate performance management processes, including reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans. Oversee benefits administration, support payroll processing, and assist with compensation adjustments. Facilitate and track employee training programs focused on safety, compliance, and skill development. Maintain accurate HR records and manage HRIS data, generating reports for workforce analytics and compliance. Recommended Qualifications
3-5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA) and their practical application. Demonstrated experience in employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and grievance handling. Proven ability to recruit and onboard talent for various manufacturing roles, from production to skilled trades. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong data analysis skills. Bonus Qualifications
Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs.
