Develop, validate, and optimize CMM inspection programs from CAD models and engineering drawings.

Troubleshoot CMM program errors and optimize existing programs for efficiency and accuracy.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in CMM programming software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso).
Expertise in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y14.5.
Ability to accurately interpret complex engineering blueprints and specifications.
Demonstrated experience with CMM setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of metrology principles and measurement best practices.
Bonus Qualifications
Advanced GD&T certification or expertise
Experience with other metrology equipment (e.g., vision systems, laser scanners)
Proficiency in CAD design software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, NX)
Background in Statistical Process Control (SPC) or data analysis
