Dining Room Team Member – NHC Place Sumner
Location:
140 Thorne Blvd, Gallatin, TN 37066
Pay:
$14 – $17 per hour
Experience:
Healthcare food service experience preferred, not required
As a Dining Room Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting in food service operations and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Your duties include:
Receiving, storing, and tracking food and supplies, labeling items, and using proper food handling techniques.
Scraping, stacking, washing, and sanitizing dishes, flatware, utensils, pots/pans, removing broken or chipped items, and wrapping flatware as needed.
Transporting and storing dishes and utensils to maintain sufficient clean stock for meal preparation and service schedules.
Cleansing and sanitizing the dish machine, dish room, and trash cans; keeping the work area uncluttered and completing assigned cleaning duties.
