The Account Manager for Cory’s LIVE is responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business and expanding existing client relationships. This role balances proactive sales activities, including prospecting, networking, and cultivating new opportunities, with managing repeat and referral business to ensure long-term client partnerships. While event execution is led by the Project Manager and Operations Tech teams, the Account Manager provides oversight to guarantee client expectations are met and that all information is clearly communicated for seamless production. Sales & Business Development Prospect and secure new clients through networking, outreach, and referrals. Manage inbound leads, deliver proposals, and close profitable business. Maintain CRM pipeline, provide updates, and pursue repeat business. Client Relationship Management Serve as primary client contact and ensure a seamless experience. Support marketing efforts and represent Cory’s at industry events. Administrative & Organization Maintain accurate client and deal records in CRM and ERP systems. Prepare and track proposals, contracts, and documentation with attention to detail. Manage priorities to balance prospecting, client communication, and reporting. Coordinate with Project Managers and Operations for smooth and timely execution. Keep records, contracts, and handoffs accurate and timely. Continuously develop skills in sales and live event production. Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in audiovisual, live event production, or sales or events in a related field Proven experience working within CRM systems to manage pipeline, update opportunities, and generate sales forecasts and reports Ability to read and interpret event drawings and floor plans Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal) High attention to detail in high-stress situations Problem-solving capabilities, flexibility, and adaptability Sensitivity to diverse cultures and backgrounds Cory’s is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
