About Picturae Inc Picturae is a leading digitization service provider with over two decades of experience preserving cultural and natural history collections. With a global presence spanning the Netherlands, Italy, Singapore, and beyond, we’ve partnered with prestigious institutions such as NYU, Boston Public Library, Field Museum, California Academy of Sciences, and the Smithsonian. Our mission is to make cultural heritage digitally accessible for research and public engagement to ensure valuable and vulnerable collections are preserved for generations to come.

About the Position In this full‑time role, you’ll act as the key point of contact for your client portfolio, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in securing new business, nurturing relationships, and contributing to Picturae’s strategic growth across North America.

Jersey City, NJ or Washington, DC preferred (remote within the USA possible upon discussion)

Type:

Full‑Time

Salary:

Competitive, commensurate with education and experience.

Bonus:

Based on achieved order intake.

Key Responsibilities Drive Sales and Business Growth:

Secure new clients in the cultural heritage and biodiversity sectors.

Act as the key point of contact, understanding complex client needs and delivering tailored solutions in collaboration with our (international) team.

Encourage repeat business and referrals.

Develop and present funding proposals and project workflows.

Track and report progress using internal reporting system.

Build and Maintain Relationships:

Engage in outreach efforts through existing network, direct contact, social media, and industry conferences.

Establish strong connections with potential clients to foster trust and generate new opportunities.

Assist and advise potential clients in fund raising.

Collaborate and Strategize:

Work closely with the Operations Team, and technical experts to develop client‑centered solutions.

Contribute to revenue projections and pricing strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, or a related field.

Experience in the cultural heritage or digitization industry (preferred).

A self‑starter who can work independently and with a team.

Proven success in lead generation, contract negotiation, and achieving KPIs.

Strong communication, organizational, and networking skills.

Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams and our EU‑base.

Willingness to travel across the USA and internationally.
