Job Description PINKYS, a pioneering force in the iron door trend since 1978, has unveiled its inaugural flagship showroom in Los Angeles. This unconventional retail space skillfully combines the elegance of a refined gallery with the functionality of a working warehouse, conceived by renowned AD100 designer Jeremiah Brent. The Showroom Manager will collaborate closely with the PINKYS brand director, co‑founders, and designers to lead the new showroom, infuse fresh concepts, uphold brand values, and provide exceptional VIP customer experiences.
Scope
Facilitate client experience, in‑store marketing, and merchandising, creating a compelling store environment.
Manage visual accompaniments to enhance guest experience.
Develop outside sales marketing, maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and trade.
Collaborate to promote offerings and generate leads.
Manage marketing calendar with owners and senior management.
Coordinate events to maximize brand awareness and foster a creative community to drive sales.
Maintain and grow our trade account database through active research, outreach, and supporting marketing materials.
Support the sales team: customer service, showroom email communications, teaching, and monitoring.
Maintain and grow our media database, serving as liaison between brand, journalists, and influencers for media placements.
Oversee visual merchandising, working with our creative director and founders.
Lead end‑to‑end production for trade shows, including sales strategy plans.
Actively support founders on new projects related to the brand, B2B, sales, and growth.
Help gather reviews from sales team.
Support social media team by documenting local content and job‑site content.
Qualifications
At least two years of experience in a related position within the design trade industry.
Proficiency in multitasking.
Strong verbal, written, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license.
Working Hours
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Some events may necessitate working nights and weekends, with prior notice. Some projects may entail travel, with prior notice. This position requires driving.
