The Group Retiree Account Administrator provides direct support to the Group Retiree Account Manager and is the main contact to customers and vendors for the business. They work closely with clients and internal marketing teams to assist in meeting client objectives in advertising and marketing campaigns. They are usually responsible for monitoring budgets. The Group Retiree Account Administrator is integral to the success of the company in the role of maintaining excellent client relations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting the Group Retiree Account Manager in the support and management of accounts Generating new accounts and following up on leads Monitoring accounts for compliance with the operating budget Acting as the main point of contact for clients Handling client complaints, concerns or issues Communicating goals and issues to marketing teams Maintaining vendor and client relationships Setting up and achieving sales targets for assigned accounts Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates. Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED Prior business administration experience Prior account, marketing and/or sales experience SKILLS
Exceptional knowledge of computers and word processing software Skilled in problem solving and strong interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills Great time management and prioritizing skills Ability to communicate intricate concepts with ease #LI-MH1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
