This full-time, permanent opportunity allows for the DPT to provide support to the non-profit foundation through direct services or grant writing within the scheduled hours if desired.This is an opportunity for a Physical Therapist (DPT) to work outside of the typical barriers of high patient volume, burnout, and below average compensation, while joining a high net-worth family in providing excellence in care for the immediate family.

DPT, PT works 40-45 max per week, flex scheduling options

DPT, PT may work occasional limited weekend hours

DPT, PT provides direct services for 8 family members

DPT, PT provides services for teenagers and adults

DPT, PT develops Physical Therapy programs

DPT, PT support strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, & endurance

DPT, PT works with 2 patients with developmental ataxia

DPT, PT works with patients who have been receiving PT 3 times per wk

DPT, PT is increasing dedicated individualized care

DPT, PT will provide research and highest standard of care to family

DPT, PT works collaboratively with FT SLP

DPT, PT will communicate effectively with patients providing education

DPT, PT has access to contribute to non-profit foundation through direct services or grant writing, if desired

DPT, PT will have option to travel with family to CA in June — July

Senior Physical Therapist Requirements:

Doctor of Physical Therapy

10 years’ minimum experience practicing a PT

Minimum 3.5 GPA in Accredited PT Program

TX State Licensure

Ability to work on-site, 45 hours weekly

Ability to pass background check

Ability to sign a 2-year contract

Analytical, detail-focused, academic driven

Senior Physical Therapist Compensation:

150-175K DEO Annual Salary

Relocation Assistance: Fort Worth, TX
