Remote Client Support Specialists
to help families and individuals across the U.S. access essential benefit programs.
This position is an excellent opportunity for
recent or soon-to-be graduates
with degrees in
business, marketing, communications , or for anyone who thrives in a
people-focused, service-driven environment . We provide hands‑on training, pre‑qualified leads, and a structured mentorship program to help you succeed—all while working from anywhere in the country.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.
Guide clients through personalized benefit options and enrollment.
Maintain accurate and organized client records.
Provide exceptional client support throughout the process.
Participate in mentorship, training, and team development sessions.
Build long‑term client relationships that support both professional and personal growth.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Confident speaking on video and skilled with digital tools and virtual platforms.
Passionate about helping others and contributing to a greater mission.
Experience in customer service, client advising, or consultative roles is preferred but not required.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Reliable internet connection and a Windows‑based laptop or PC with a functioning webcam.
