jetCenters of Colorado is comprised of three full service Fixed Based Operators (FBOs) along Colorado's Front Range-branding safety, service and security as our top priorities. We offer flight services for business, general, commercial and military aircraft operations. Our award-winning, professional service combined with our amenities allow us to fully accommodate our customers and their aircraft using the jetCenters of Colorado preferred FBO network.
jetCenter locations include: Colorado Springs, CO, Denver, CO and Fort Collins-Loveland, CO.
The Colorado Springs (COS) location is seeking to fill a part-time
Concierge
position. The Concierge position entails handling reservations for hotels, rental cars, and limos for inbound aircraft, processing fuel invoices, displaying strong customer service and the ability to multi-task; plus other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities Handle reservations for hotels, rental cars, and limos for inbound aircraft; process fuel invoices; provide strong customer service; multitask and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements Required Education/Experience/Skills/Abilities:
Age 18+
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation
Ability to communicate effectively both in written and oral form
Strong customer service skills
Team player
Quick learner
Ability to multi-task
Problem solving / conflict resolution skills, with knowledge of when to elevate
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, security check, motor records check, non-DOT physical (post offer); certain positions may require a credit check.
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills/Abilities:
Prior FBO experience a plus
Physical Demands
Representative of the physical demands required to successfully perform the essential functions of this job; reasonable accommodations may be made.
Regularly sit; use hands to finger, handle, feel, talk; or stand regularly, particularly when speaking with customers.
Occasionally walk, climb stairs, reach with hands and arms, kneel, crouch.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
Specific vision requirements: close vision, depth perception, ability to distinguish colors and adjust.
Mobility, strength, dexterity in arms and legs to reach upward, sideways, downward to work with paper files; to use computer, fax, copier, other office equipment.
Ability to read and understand instructions, drawings, safety guides; sufficient visual capacity without assistive devices; sufficient spoken aural capacity to hear warning alarms or spoken instructions; ability to impart information orally.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation includes a base salary and competitive benefits package. (Must be full-time to be eligible for benefits)
Salary Range $17-21 per hour, depending on experience/location
