About the Role
We are looking for servers who pride themselves on providing the perfect guest dining experience! Servers are responsible for providing excellent guest service by engaging the guest, describing food/beverage, taking orders, efficiently delivering food, and accepting payment. Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: Create an atmosphere of happiness and a sense of community for our guests Inform guests of specials and/or promotions, answer questions and make suggestions when asked Use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance the dining experience Address guest concerns and inform the manager Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe Benefits at Famous Dave's
