Famous Dave's is seeking servers who are passionate about food and are enthusiastic about providing an exceptional dining guest experience. We are looking for highly motivated servers who can bring high energy while thriving in a fast-paced working environment.
About the Role We are looking for servers who pride themselves on providing the perfect guest dining experience! Servers are responsible for providing excellent guest service by engaging the guest, describing food/beverage, taking orders, efficiently delivering food, and accepting payment.
Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Create an atmosphere of happiness and a sense of community for our guests
Inform guests of specials and/or promotions, answer questions and make suggestions when asked
Use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance the dining experience
Address guest concerns and inform the manager
Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe
