About the Opportunity

W2 – Employee Sales Representative

(Company-supported, structured development)

1099 – Independent Sales Contractor

(Experienced, self-managed high-performers)

Fast Start Bonus

Earn $200 per claim filed, up to $5,000 in your first 30–60 days

Compensation Structure 1099 Veteran Contractors (With Proof of Performance)

Requirements

: Must show $1,000,000+ in previous annual roofing/solar/exterior revenue

(Proof required – CRM screenshots or pay stubs)

Commission: 14–15%

O&E Fee: 10%

Fast Start Bonus: $200 per claim filed (up to $5,000)

No schedule requirements – full autonomy

Access to optional company marketing/equipment package

Eligible for contests, incentive trips, and tier bonuses

W2 Sales Representatives (Under $1,000,000 Prior Revenue)

Commission Tiers:

$250,000 = 11%

$500,000 = 12%

$750,000 = 13%

O&E Fee: 20%

Fast Start Bonus: $200 per claim filed (up to $5,000)

Performance-based draw programs available
