You will work as a bilingual Customer Service Rep with Client Consumer Lending and will be responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customer complaints/inquiries. Researching cases independently Training Days/Hours:
Mon-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
8 weeks of training
Shift Days/Hours:
24 hour call center; schedules given before acceptance. Requires working either Saturday or Sunday with one weekday off Available shifts post-training:
6am - 2:30pm
7am - 3:30pm
8am - 4:30pm
9:30am - 6pm
10:30am - 7pm
2:30pm - 11pm
salary: $19 - $20 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
