Responsibilities
Assist agents and their staff with questions regarding life insurance products, policy-servicing systems, and billing information Provide assistance to our customers through inbound/outbound calls Keep policies current by collecting and applying premium payments Keep policy information up to date by processing basic requests such as name, address and beneficiary changes Learn customer service techniques, phone and email etiquette, life insurance products and more
