What We Offer: Hourly base pay plus uncapped bonuses Average first year income range up to $45,000/yr to $50,000/yr Growth Opportunities based upon merit and performance Medical, dental, life and disability insurance plans Paid Holidays and Paid Time-Off Competitive 401(k) retirement savings plan, matched by Renuity Company wellness incentives About This Role: Be an effective and professional communicator over the phone for our sales representatives Handle assigned issues that sales representatives may need resolved with regard to their appointment schedules and customer experience Coordinate the assignment of daily sales consultations, report and update results for their progress Schedule: 1:30pm to 10pm, Thursdays and Saturdays off. Sundays 10:30am to 7pm Key Qualifications: Resourcefulness and the ability to pivot or think quickly in problem-solving situations Adaptability to change and performing new tasks Experience in building trust with customers over the phone, and handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance-driven environment Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office to include Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc. Ability to speak with colleagues and prospects with confidence and multitask on systems Active listening skills and attention to detail Experience in appointment coordination or sales dispatch Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish High School Diploma or Equivalent Type: W2 position, Full-time, In-Office Office Location: 3801 SW 30th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312
