As a part of our diverse group, you will collaborate on projects that span the retail, government, and energy sectors, providing comprehensive design solutions that integrate your creative vision with structural feasibility. Join our team and contribute to shaping environments with lasting impact. Develop architectural designs from concept through to completion while adhering to budget and timeline constraints. Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective collaboration between architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders. Create detailed drawings and specifications using CAD and BIM software. Conduct site visits and surveys, compile reports, and present design proposals to clients. Stay informed of evolving building codes, technologies, and practices to ensure design compliance and adopt innovative approaches in architectural design. Participate in project meetings and provide technical insights and updates to clients and team members. High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software. Strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and sustainability practices. Excellent visualization and drawing skills, with a strong ability to communicate design ideas effectively. Capability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Architect (RA) or working towards licensure strongly preferred. LEED Accredited Professional status is advantageous.
