$55 /hr - $60/hr on W2 (without any benefits) We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Analyst to drive order management excellence and oversee the end-to-end order management process. This role ensures customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time while coordinating with internal teams such as Channel Operations, Logistics, and Fulfillment, as well as external customer partners. Reporting to the Source-to-Cash Solutions Manager, this role requires cross-functional collaboration, hands-on data analysis, and effective system management to navigate supply chain challenges and deliver results. Base pay range:
$60.00/hr - $63.00/hr
Responsibilities
Validate, book, and release all customer orders (Retail, Distributor, Commercial, etc.) through Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers
Oversee order execution, managing resources to ensure timely movement through supply chain systems
Apply account management processes and customer policies to ensure successful order fulfillment
Coordinate with Channel Operations, Logistics, Fulfillment, and Accounting teams to support smooth order execution
Own reporting and analysis, drive corrective actions, and present key Inventory Operations metrics such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) and On-Time In-Full (OTIF)
Lead and support warehouse capacity planning across short-term (8-week), mid-term (26-week), and long-term (52-week) horizons
Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize execution and delivery performance
Support ERP system updates, maintain data integrity, and manage order-related reporting
Minimum Qualifications
Prior experience supporting B2B customers and order management operations
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including supply planning, third-party logistics management, and outbound distribution
Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, and data modeling
Experience working with ERP systems, particularly for inventory transactions and order management
Strong communication skills with proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels
Demonstrated ability to use data-driven analysis to influence decisions and drive outcomes
Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and urgency
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience managing third-party fulfillment or logistics partners
Knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
5+ years of experience in Planning, Logistics, or Fulfillment Operations, preferably within Consumer Electronics
Experience with SQL, queries, or VBA macros
Lean Six Sigma certification or experience
