Event Staff Department: Unilux Brand Employment Type: Full Time Location: Los Angeles, CA Compensation: $19.00 - $28.00 / hour Description Unilux Brand We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team and help create unforgettable experiences for our clients and their guests. As a vital part of any event, our Event Staff members will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of diverse events, ranging from corporate conferences and trade shows to weddings and private parties. Key Responsibilities Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces including tables, chairs, and decorations. Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and clients before, during, and after events. Manage guest registrations and check-ins to ensure seamless entry and flow throughout the event. Provide assistance with catering services, including serving food and beverages to guests as needed. Coordinate with vendors and event planners to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly. Monitor the cleanliness and organization of event spaces during and after the event. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in event planning or hospitality preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm attitude in fast-paced environments. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules. Capable of lifting and moving equipment and supplies, as some physical labor may be required. Team player with a positive attitude, willing to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
