As a Technical Writer, you will be an essential part of the Knowledge Management team supporting various technical documentation and training initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within the organization and contribute to its success. Job Title Technical Writer Location Nashville, TN What's the Job? Manage and maintain existing knowledge documents to ensure accuracy and relevance. Create and organize new knowledge documents to support organizational needs. Promote training and effective use of the knowledge management tools across teams. Prepare monthly reports on the usage and effectiveness of the knowledge management system. Identify knowledge gaps and recommend improvements to enhance information accessibility. What's Needed? Proficiency in PC skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and ITSM tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret technical information for diverse audiences. Solid understanding of network infrastructure and IT concepts. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
