Job Description: Senior Sales Executive (Technology Consulting)

Our client is a rapidly growing consulting and engineering firm delivering the full spectrum of modern technology services—cloud transformation, application development, AI/ML, data engineering, and cybersecurity. They offer the end-to-end capabilities typically associated with large global consulting firms but operate with the speed, flexibility, and hands-on approach of a boutique.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive growth within the Seattle or Bay Area markets. This is a high-impact role focused on building and expanding enterprise customer relationships, developing new logos, and driving large-scale consulting engagements. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in enterprise technology services sales, ideally from a Tier 1 consulting firm or similar organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a territory in either Seattle or the Bay Area, with flexibility to pursue accounts nationally where strong relationships exist.
- Drive new business by breaking into large enterprise and big-tech accounts.
- Expand customer relationships across cloud, data engineering, AI, cybersecurity, and application development service lines.
- Build and maintain long-term, executive-level relationships within key accounts.
- Partner closely with delivery and practice leaders to shape solutions, proposals, and go-to-market strategies.
- Clearly differentiate the company's nimble delivery model versus large, traditional consulting firms.
- Maintain disciplined territory planning, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience selling IT consulting, digital transformation, or engineering services.
- Strong preference for experience with Tier 1 consulting organizations such as Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, KPMG, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, TCS, or similar.
- Proven ability to hunt and close new enterprise accounts , not just expand existing ones.
- Experience selling into Fortune 100 and large tech companies (e.g., Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, Google, Apple).
- Strong executive presence with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in a simple, business-focused manner.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding multimillion-dollar sales targets.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $175,000-$225,000
- Competitive variable compensation and full benefits
