About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly driven Client Partner Sales Hunter who will focus on new logo acquisition strategic account penetration and expansion within the Bay Area technology landscape. This role requires a proactive business development mindset with strong industry connections especially across Networking Cisco ecosystem Semiconductor IT Services Data Services and emerging technologies .

The ideal candidate combines deep industry understanding with the ability to build high-impact relationships and close complex enterprise-level deals.

Responsibilities

Sales Hunting & New Logo Acquisition

  • Develop and execute a strong sales hunting strategy to identify engage and win new logos in the Bay Area.
  • Leverage existing relationships and build new networks within networking semiconductor cloud and data-driven enterprises .
  • Create tailored value propositions proposals and pitches to convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Build a sustainable pipeline and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Client Management & Growth

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients ensuring a seamless experience across engagement stages.
  • Expand business opportunities across engineering services IT services and data services.
  • Own account strategy revenue forecasting opportunity tracking and stakeholder alignment.
  • Work closely with delivery practice and recruiting teams to ensure outstanding service and results.

Market & Industry Engagement

  • Stay ahead of trends in AI/ML networking (Cisco) semiconductor engineering cloud and enterprise IT .
  • Represent the organization at industry events and Bay Area networking forums.
  • Understand competitive landscape and position offerings effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • 8-15 years of experience in Sales Business Development or Client Partner roles within technology services.
  • Proven track record as a sales hunter including new logo wins and large enterprise deal closures.
  • Strong network across Bay Area technology clients-engineering semiconductor networking cloud and data markets.
  • Experience working with clients in Cisco ecosystem networking hardware/software semiconductor engineering and IT services .
  • Ability to articulate value propositions across engineering development IT consulting and data service offerings.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and executive relationship skills.
  • Work authorization: USC or GC required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting advanced technology clients in AI accelerated computing hardware engineering or high-performance data environments.
  • Understanding of semiconductor product cycles networking infrastructure and cloud-native digital transformation.
  • Prior experience working with consulting engineering or systems integration firms.
  • Ability to travel within the Bay Area for client meetings (Hybrid role).
