Trial Attorney - Civil Litigation Defense
Leading law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with trial experience. This is an excellent opportunity to assume a key leadership role. Ideal candidate will have 12-30 years of litigation experience, with prior first and/or second chair trial experience preferred. This role can be based anywhere in Northern California with option to work fully remote or in our San Francisco office.
Desired Practice Areas: Product liability, Complex Commercial, General Liability, Premises Security, Wrongful Death, Toxic Tort, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation/Trucking, Premises Negligence, General Civil Litigation. Must be licensed to practice in California.
Qualifications
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of California
- Trial experience (first and/or second chair)
- Excellent written and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions
- Manage a team
Base salary up to 290k + (DOE). Fully Remote or Hybrid.
