Compensation & Pay Range Base salary: $120,000.00/yr (full‑time). Top performers can earn more through performance‑based components tied to families who begin services.

About Bright Pathways ABA We believe the field of autism care has been dominated by systems instead of people. Growth targets, waitlists, and billing volume often take precedence over the lived experience of families and clinicians, leading to burnout, fragile trust, and compromised outcomes. We are building a fundamentally different model—one that places humanity, dignity, and long‑term sustainability at the core. Our mission is to transform how families and professionals experience autism care, replacing a system of transactions with a partnership of trust.

What You’ll Do

Develop and deepen long‑term relationships with pediatricians, schools, therapy providers, and community organizations within a defined region.

Engage decision‑makers in meaningful conversations about autism care, access, and outcomes.

Build trust over time through consistency, professionalism, and follow‑through.

Help referral partners understand and align with Bright Pathways’ human‑first model.

Track outreach activity and referral outcomes to maintain momentum and accountability.

Collaborate closely with company leadership to refine strategy based on field insights.

Ownership & Accountability This position carries full ownership and visibility. You are accountable for building strong, sustainable partnerships and the families who begin services through those relationships. Success demands judgment, adaptability, and a willingness to take responsibility for outcomes. This is a role for someone energized by ownership and motivated by impact.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in community outreach, partnerships, provider relations, or referral‑driven roles within healthcare.

Proven ability to reach and engage decision‑makers such as pediatricians, clinicians, school leaders, practice managers, or therapy directors.

Strong familiarity with autism services, ABA therapy, or a closely related field (highly preferred).

Confidence discussing complex, sensitive topics with professionalism and nuance.

Comfort operating independently in a field‑based role while remaining accountable for results.

Compensation Details

Base salary of $120,000.00 per year.

Performance‑based compensation tied to families who successfully begin services.

Opportunity to grow earnings as relationships deepen and community impact expands.

Why This Matters Autism care is at a turning point. Families are exhausted by broken systems, clinicians are burned out by models that treat them as replaceable, and communities are ready for something better. Bright Pathways is building a different standard: humanity, dignity, and long‑term sustainability over speed and volume. In this role, you represent more than a company—you help shape and drive a vision into real-world practice. Your insights from the field will directly influence how this model evolves as it scales.
