Financial Advisors —either experienced advisors or accomplished professionals from other industries—who want to build a meaningful career helping clients achieve financial clarity and long‑term success.
This role is ideal for individuals who value autonomy, professionalism, and a client‑first advisory model, and who want to grow within a firm that emphasizes integrity, collaboration, and sustainable practice development.
Who We’re Looking For We are open to two primary profiles:
1. Experienced Financial Advisors
Currently licensed and advising clients
Interested in joining an independent RIA platform
Seeking better support, growth opportunities, or succession planning
2. Successful Professionals Seeking a Career Change
Proven track record in sales, consulting, banking, insurance, accounting, management, or a related field
Strong relationship‑building skills and business acumen
Desire to transition into a professional financial advisory career with training and long‑term upside
Responsibilities
Develop and manage long‑term client relationships built on trust and fiduciary care
Provide comprehensive financial planning, including retirement, investment, tax‑aware, estate, and risk‑management strategies
Prospect, onboard, and retain clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement
Educate clients on financial strategies and market conditions in a clear, professional manner
Collaborate with internal team members to deliver a high‑quality client experience
Maintain compliance with regulatory and firm standards
Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
High ethical standards and a client‑first mindset
Self‑motivated with the ability to manage time, priorities, and client relationships independently
Licensing (One of the following):
Active Series 65 (or Series 7 & 66),
or
Willingness to obtain required licensing within a defined onboarding period (firm support provided)
Compensation & Growth
