Business Development Representative Manager
Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 annually + bonus for quotas
Location: Atlanta, GA

Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in BDR management, sales, or related fields
Proven track record of building pipeline and exceeding outbound sales targets
Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Experience engaging with C‑suite executives and senior stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives
Develop and refine outbound prospecting strategies across phone, email, and LinkedIn
Coach BDRs on discovery, messaging, objection handling, and value‑based selling techniques
Collaborate with Account Executives for seamless lead handoffs and high‑quality meetings
Partner with Marketing to align campaigns and target accounts
Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize outreach processes
Participate in industry conferences, events, and networking alongside the team
Foster a high‑energy, accountable, and positive team culture
