Responsibilities
Answer to incoming requests from customers via live chat
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Analyze and reporting product malfunctions
Follow up with customers to ensure their basic technical and product related issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Qualifications
Proficient in English and Spanish languages
Work experience in support
Work experience in sports betting/gambling industry or fintech industry
Excellent communication skills
Strong teamwork skills
Excellent PC skills
High attention to details
Multi-tasking abilities
Flexible to work in different shift schedules (day & evening & night) and on weekends
Ability to quickly and efficiently solve tasks
Independence, responsibility, initiative, and keep attention to detail
A flexible and systematic approach to solving complex problems
