Responsibilities

Cultivate vendor partnerships and prepare Capital Investment Proposals.
Administer CMMS systems and manage inventory to ensure optimal resource availability.
Advance safety, quality, and continuous improvement across operations.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver sustainable, high‑impact solutions.
Responsible for 700 forklifts – setting up new assets in their CMMS program and coordinating with third‑party vendors.
Act as liaison between vendors and plants.
Job Skills & Requirements
Fleet Maintenance Program Leadership Proven experience managing comprehensive forklift and material handling equipment programs to ensure uptime and safety.
Operational Expertise Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing operations and material handling systems across diverse industrial environments.
Telematics Implementation Hands‑on experience implementing and supporting telematics solutions to optimize fleet performance and data‑driven decision‑making.
Project Management Strong ability to lead cross‑functional projects, manage timelines, and deliver results aligned with business goals.
CMMS & Maintenance Software Proficiency Fluent in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other digital tools for asset tracking and service scheduling.
Vendor Partnership Management Experienced in managing vendor partnerships and ensuring service quality and cost efficiency.
Capital Investment Justification Ability to develop detailed business case models to support strategic capital investments in fleet assets.
Educational Requirements
Associate or bachelor’s degree
Preferred Experience
Experience as a Reliability Engineer
Experience as a Maintenance Manager
At least 5 years in a manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work safely in and around plant equipment
Work within the plant climate conditions
Up to 25% travel
