Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr Principal Performance Analyst Lead to support the Cannon-Based Air Defense (CBAD) program. The position involves analytics, data management, and technical leadership to support mission modeling, data processing, and stakeholder engagements. The role may be onsite at Huntsville, AL; Redondo Beach, CA; Fairfax, VA; Chandler, AZ; or Colorado Springs, CO. Job Responsibilities

Manage, analyze, and communicate findings from large quantities of data produced from mission models. Lead implementation of data management plan. Lead the development and maintenance of the processing and analytical code base. Create briefing packages for a variety of customer and stakeholder engagements. Develop the skills and capabilities of junior analysts on the team. Travel expected at 10% or less. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8 years related experience OR Master’s in STEM with 6 years related experience OR PhD in STEM with 4 years related experience Active DoD Secret Clearance Experience with Python, SQL, AFSIM and Microsoft Office Tools Experience with Data analytics – including insight generation, ETL/ELT data merging, data reduction, etc. Experience with Mission Analysis such as US and Joint/Coalition Scenarios and Metrics Stakeholder presentation experience – technical and executive level Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CBAD mission and system Customer presentation experience Team Lead or Manager experience Experience in Data Management Ability to obtain and maintain TS or SAP clearance Salary, Benefits, and Equal Opportunity

Primary Level Salary Range: $135,800.00 - $203,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
