Client Engagement Executive - Remote Work

Client Engagement Executive at BairesDev The Client Engagement Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with Leads, and converting those Leads into Clients. The role involves travel and lead/client‑facing interactions, but remains an individual contributor position; you will also collaborate with a group of other executives.
What You'll Do:
Respond quickly and efficiently to a high volume of inbound leads.
Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media.
Effectively present our company to potential clients through remote and in‑person meetings.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 5 years B2B field sales experience targeting US clientele.
Proven results in closing deals and developing long‑term relationships with clients.
Experience hunting new clients, cold calling, and closing deals.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Must be located in San Francisco or New York.
Experience selling staff augmentation services (on‑site or off‑shore).
Knowledge of SDLC terminology, processes, and roles.
Past positions in companies offering software development outsourcing services.
Experience working in a remote environment.
Experience with LATAM software outsourcing.
