Apply your expertise as a **Valmet Controls Logic Expert** to ensure the customer's performance is driven forward**.**We have the perfect opportunity for the right individual as a Valmet Controls Logic expert here at Valmet! In this role, you will be the expert following installations and services for our customers. As the go to onsite personnel, you will support our customers with world-class technology solutions on a day to day basis.As the expert you will:* Work to understand and define customer issues working with customer, Agreement Manager, Valmet CAP, Valmet AUT, suppliers and others as needed.* Work to figure out actions to resolve customer issues working with customer, Agreement Manager, Valmet CAP, Valmet AUT, suppliers and others as needed.* Understand, determine and implement solutions to eliminate the customer issue from reoccurring.* Work with Valmet Automation and customer’s Management of Change Procedure on logic and other machine changes which will ensure changes are approved and implemented by Customer's Management.### ## **Expectations**A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related degree from a four-year college or university; a minimum of two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
