As The Expert You Will
Work to understand and define customer issues working with customer, Agreement Manager, Valmet CAP, Valmet AUT, suppliers and others as needed.
Work to figure out actions to resolve customer issues working with customer, Agreement Manager, Valmet CAP, Valmet AUT, suppliers and others as needed.
Understand, determine and implement solutions to eliminate the customer issue from recurring.
Work with Valmet Automation and customer’s Management of Change Procedure on logic and other machine changes which will ensure changes are approved and implemented by Customer's Management.
Expectations A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related degree from a four‑year college or university; a minimum of two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have Paper Industry experience - heavy industrial equipment experience preferred.
