Job Description A growing wholesale company is seeking an experienced
Operations Manager
to oversee day-to-day operational functions and ensure smooth execution across order management, retail compliance, and internal systems. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong operational judgment and experience working with major retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily wholesale operations, including order processing and fulfillment
Manage and monitor EDI transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
Work with major retail platforms, including Walmart Retail Link
Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and accounting teams
Identify and resolve operational issues related to orders, chargebacks, and compliance
Maintain accurate operational reporting and documentation
Support process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
Qualifications
Experience in wholesale operations required
EDI experience strongly preferred
Experience with Walmart Retail Link required
NetSuite experience is a plus
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and follow-through
