Qualifications This role will follow a hybrid schedule: MTW in the Orlando office, Th & F WFH
MUST HAVES: Google Analytics background, SQL background, Email Analytics background (SalesForce Marketing Cloud)
The Analyst position will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision making across our marketing and web product teams. This role will partner with team members and stakeholders to develop reporting, answer key questions regarding web products/marketing initiatives and provide recommendations/optimizations to continually enhance business performance.
In addition, this role will support our digital marketing partners by hypothesizing, implementing, and measuring media testing initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys working collaboratively with others to leverage a modern data stack to turn large datasets into actionable insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in quantitative or computer science field
Knowledge and skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Experience in creating/using data visualizations to tell a narrative
Familiarity with extracting data from data warehouses (preferred)
Familiarity with modeling techniques (preferred)
Familiarity with media/ad effectiveness measurement and tools (preferred)
Familiarity with web analytics measurement (preferred)
Familiarity with email effectiveness measurement and tools (preferred)
Technical skills
Basic knowledge of SQL or R or Python (experience is a bonus)
Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
Experience with web and marketing technologies including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SFMC, etc. (preferred)
Experience with data visualization platforms - Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc. (preferred)
Experience with data warehouses - Snowflake, BigQuery, etc. (preferred)
Experience in a quantitative data driven field or equivalent coursework/academic projects
Hands on experience mining large datasets in marketing and/or web engagement
Experience putting together and presenting data-focused decks
Responsibilities
Assist in dashboard development and maintenance through Power BI (20%)
Perform ad hoc analyses of both marketing and web performance using Snowflake, BigQuery, Power BI, FullStory and Google Analytics (50%)
Partner with stakeholders to support digital marketing testing (10%)
Support other analysts with recurring reporting distributed to the broader organization (20%)
Compensation Estimated Min Rate : $25.00
Estimated Max Rate : $30.00
