Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models (DCF, IRR, sensitivity).
Conduct market and property research.
Support due diligence and investment memos.
Track portfolio performance and prepare reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.
2+ years of real estate financial analysis experience.
Strong Excel and analytical skills; familiarity with ARGUS or CoStar a plus.
