Hirewell has been exclusively retained to lead the search for a
Real Estate Analyst
by a global, full-service real estate investment firm. Our client provides customized investment solutions across retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use portfolios.
This individual will support asset management and acquisitions through financial analysis, modeling, underwriting, and due diligence. They are looking for someone proficient in Excel and Argus.
Responsibilities
Financial Reporting:
analyze operating and financial reports and prepare monthly and quarterly portfolio reports, as well as ad hoc management reports for clients and asset managers.
Budgeting:
coordinate preparation of property business plans and annual operating budgets with property managers.
Cash Flow:
prepare cash flow models to analyze portfolio performance, property valuation, and lease economics. Prepare and present long-term cash flow forecasts.
CapEx:
coordinate capital improvement projects, tenant improvement projects, major repairs, and maintenance projects with property management personnel.
Relationship Management:
coordinate activities of outside consultants and analyze reports including appraisals, environmental, and insurance.
Due Diligence:
provide due diligence support for acquisitions and dispositions.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience analyzing real estate financial reports.
Proficiency in ARGUS modeling software and MS Office Suite.
