A client of Insight Global is looking for an Operations Manager to join one of their largest mortgage industry clients. In this role, you will lead a team of 7‑8 Customer Experience Specialists within the Mortgage Fulfillment Division to deliver best‑in‑class service. The Operations Manager will oversee daily queue management, ensuring adherence to schedules, specialty skills, and resource allocation while monitoring performance metrics to maximize productivity and quality. You will coordinate across divisions to ensure consistent execution, analyze trends to identify and resolve operational challenges, and implement innovative process improvements to enhance cycle times and service quality. Required Skills & Experience

3+ years’ experience in a call center management environment, preferable mortgage or financial industry General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local mortgage regulations Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint) Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with call monitoring and feedback for agents that have performed inbound and outbound calls to consumers Seniority level
