experienced Diesel Technicians
to join our growing team.
Put your skills to work immediately in a role that values strong work ethic, quick learning, and attention to detail. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required. Prior Kenworth experience is a plus.
Compensation & Schedule
Hourly pay: $25–$45 (based on experience)
Sign‑on bonus: Up to $5,000 for qualified candidates

Responsibilities
Service, repair, and recondition Kenworth trucks as directed by the Service Manager
Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems
Perform welding and fabrication work as needed
Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates
Maintain accurate and detailed repair records
Communicate with the factory for technical support
Stay up to date with industry trends and technical advancements
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Diesel technician experience (Kenworth preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
Welding experience a plus
Physical Demands
Regularly required to talk, listen, stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms
Must be able to lift, carry, and transport materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally more than 50 lbs.
