Your Mission
Run and maintain production machinery so every cycle meets performance targets.
Perform scheduled inspections; pinpoint root causes; implement fixes that last.
Use SOPs to ensure consistency and high-quality results in every operation.
Handle setups, alignments, and calibrations to prepare tools and equipment for production.
Capture accurate production and maintenance records to inform decisions.
Collaborate with peers to reduce risk, improve safety, and boost throughput.
Lean into training and continuous improvement to expand your capability set.
What It Takes
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification appreciated.
1–3 years in a technical or manufacturing role.
Hands‑on mechanical aptitude with disciplined problem‑solving skills.
Ability to interpret manuals, specs, and technical documentation.
Commitment to safe work habits and industry best practices.
Strong communicator and dependable team player.
Open to flexible schedules, including overtime as needed.
