Proficiency in Leases and Lease Administration Experience with Market Research to analyze trends and set competitive rental rates Knowledge of Property Management and related operational processes Expertise in Resident Retention strategies and tenant relationship management Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with teams and coordinate activities effectively on-site Previous experience in property management or leasing roles is preferred Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is a plus Seniority Level
