Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to ensure accurate bids.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify scope and resolve discrepancies.
Track market trends and maintain updated pricing databases.
Assist in negotiating contracts and managing budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
