Participate actively in Agile and Scrum processes. Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Manage interactions across diverse groups with competing priorities. Write, define, and elicit user stories or requirements. Ensure user stories adhere to INVEST or other current best practices. Provide and accept constructive feedback throughout project lifecycles. Independently research topics using available tools and resources. Perform impact analysis on systems, users, projects, and dependencies. Coordinate all communication strands of a project with strong organizational skills. Experience Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel. Experience with Salesforce and understanding of its data structure. Integration experience (e.g., with platforms like ICOMS or CSG). Familiarity with business analysis tools (nice to have):
Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) Jira for project management MS Visio or Lucidchart for process flow diagrams Ability to construct “as-is” and “to-be” process flows
