Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers on the store floor.
Maintain store cleanliness and safety, retrieve carts, run price checks, assist with go-backs, check stand upkeep, and remove parking area waste.
Properly bag and carry groceries for customers when needed.
Regularly lift up to 25, 45, and occasionally 60 pounds, and perform other typical fast‑paced grocery store physical operations.
Qualifications
Read and comprehend simple instructions, labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information one‑on‑one or in small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Basic PC/Outlook skills (extra) and Retail Management Certificate (extra).
