in both residential and commercial situations.

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic, relaxed but professional sales consultant for a full‑time position based at our Clarkson location. Generous and flexible financial arrangements (including salary + vehicle + commission) will reward the right candidate. This role offers challenging and varied work with excellent working conditions. You must be available to work 8am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advice and sales proposals to prospective clients in response to incoming enquiries.

Provide diagrams and technical documentation for air-conditioning systems.

Liaise with builders, architects, suppliers, contractors and clients.

Provide quality after-sales service and appropriate follow-up with customers.

Maintain an overall exceptional standard of service to ensure a continued high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications, Attributes & Experience

Knowledge, skills and experience in general sales and customer service.

Enthusiastic attitude with professional presentation.

Exceptional people skills: ability to listen, understand people’s needs and communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.

Ability to plan and prioritise work and meet deadlines.

Ability to work conscientiously, problem solve and come up with creative solutions.

Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Ability to work closely and collaboratively with clients, suppliers, contractors and other team members.

General awareness of building, construction or engineering concepts.

Previous air-conditioning experience preferred, but not essential.
