Our client is a reputable and long-standing air conditioning and electrical organisation servicing Newcastle, the Hunter Valley and the Central Coast. With over two decades of industry success, they are known for delivering high-quality customer service, reliable climate solutions and professional project delivery. The business is expanding and now seeks a motivated Sales / Estimator to join their growing team. About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to manage the full customer sales journey, from initial enquiry through to quoting, securing work and coordinating installation projects. You will represent the business professionally while maximising sales outcomes and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Some of your responsibilities will include: Meeting customers onsite to assess requirements and provide tailored solutions Preparing accurate quotes and following up to secure sales Managing customer communications throughout the sales process Achieving sales targets and KPIs Monitoring market activity to identify new business opportunities Participating in ongoing training and professional development About You

The successful candidate will have: Experience or strong knowledge within the air conditioning trade A current Manual Driver’s Licence A White Card Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time-management abilities Attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach Reliability, professionalism and a desire for long-term career development You will thrive in this role if you are sales-driven, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a tech-forward, supportive team environment.
