Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Ontario, NY (This is a 100% on-site role.)
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Algorithm Engineer to join our team and work at the forefront of cutting‑edge technology. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing algorithms that power our advanced CNC systems and applications. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including research scientists and software engineers, to transform complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions with real‑world impact.
Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities include designing and implementing algorithms for various computational problems, analyzing and optimizing existing algorithms, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to integrate algorithms into production systems, conducting testing and validation, staying updated on algorithmic research, and documenting developed algorithms.
Requirements and Qualifications Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field and proven experience in algorithm development and programming. Proficiency in languages such as MATLAB, .Net and Python is required. Experience in G‑Code and toolpathing is desired. Necessary technical skills include a solid understanding of mathematical principles, experience with version control, and an understanding of machine motion. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills are also essential.
